They are very efficient as soon as you pull in or before they have everything right there or they get it ASAP they get you through the process. Make sure everything is perfectly safe before you leave. This is definitely the U-Haul site of Jamestown anybody else else’s second best
DANIEL COwner was preoccupied with answering the phone and as he put it.."multi-tasking". Sat in hus chair and barked out orders to a helper while trying to contact another worker on the phone to come in to work because he had more "car cleanings". This could've been dine AFTER he finished my paperwork. He barely explained anything to me. I've used uhaul before. So I know how professional owners CAN BE. This place is like a fast food restaurant. 'Get em in get em out'.
