It was in a rough part of town without clear directions on where to park. We figured it out, but in a town I wasn't familiar with, and driving a big rig, that was challenging.

The lights did not work, The employee said try your flashers. then said ok they work. I recommend walking around and checking every light and not trusting uhaul employees.
