customer service is very quick and efficient. They’re always prepared when you show up they marked make sure everything is safe and right I recommend displaced to everybody. It’s the best rental in town and if you go somewhere else you’re not at the best spot that’s what I have to say thanks guys.

CHRISTINE SYes I had made a reservation at another location and just a day before I was going to get my equipment I realized the equipment I was rented would not fit the car I was going to tow... I had asked them specifically if it would work or not and they said they thought it should... But had no idea ... I traveled 2.5 hours one way to pick this car up and would have been very upset wasting not only my money and time... Thankfully another location in my town I called just to verify before the day I was supposed to pick up my rental .. they were kind and looked into my concerns... And I was right.. the equipment I was going to be rented would not have worked and he was able to find the correct toy hauler I would need to get this vehicle moved... If it was not him going to personally drive down and pick up the trailer which I was picking up that next morning I would have been screwed ... Thank u Elite Kreations for fixing a problem you did not create .. and shame on TA Auto for not taking the time to make sure I rented what I needed and never offered the toy hauler which I asked about and said that was no longer available around here... I will be changing location I use and I rent uhaul equipment often... God Bless .. Sadly TA Auto this is now the second time I have had problems and not even a apology... First I was rented a wrecked enclosed trailer which shook so bad down the road and I had to use it as I had no choice... Informed them when I returned... They acted like who cares... No apology... Nothing ever said... No refund... And now this.... Better to take my business elsewhere
