The information about dropping the side of the auto transport was great, didn't know that--But I didn't know I could raise the ramp higher at the back of the truck and that made loading the appliances difficult. Luckily the person who came to help me, after I had loaded two appliances, told me about raising the ramp so it is flush with the truck floor. That was a game changer for the next two appliances.
