I reserved a U-Haul which ended up getting moved to a different location for mobile pickup. Just as I was about to get there, they call and say they gave it out to someone else and now I had to drive 45 minutes round trip to the next location that had a truck. I returned the truck over 12 hours before it was due but for some reason got charged for an extra day. I would NOT recommend going with U-Haul if you have another option in your area for moving vehicles. This location however was very friendly and helpful. I understand that it was not the business’ fault but U-Haul for this problem.

Sue HThe information about dropping the side of the auto transport was great, didn't know that--But I didn't know I could raise the ramp higher at the back of the truck and that made loading the appliances difficult. Luckily the person who came to help me, after I had loaded two appliances, told me about raising the ramp so it is flush with the truck floor. That was a game changer for the next two appliances.
