1. The app needs improvement! At pickup the app directed me to find the car and then asked me to pick up the key. I had to walk 3 blocks to the car and then three blocks back to pick up the key, then back to the car. There must be a better solution that making customers walk this much. Instead, change the order to pick up the key first, then go to the car. All in all, the process was clunky and time consuming (wasted almost an hour between check in and driving off). 2. I hate the fact this location has no parking. I drove for 30 mins looking for parking to drop off the vehicle.

MATTHEW Vthey didn’t have a van when i arrived and also didn’t have the appliance dolly i paid for. it was a very stressful situation all together. no vans on move out day. an hour behind on my move and a customer in the store yelled at me. i ultimately got a van but the process was hell and i’d never do it again
