Jason WThe employees were very kind and the truck was clean. However, it wasn’t the location I originally requested for picking up the truck. More importantly, I had ordered 2 furniture dollies and none were available. I rented an appliance dolly which wasn’t the right type of equipment but I hoped it would suffice. Ultimately, I was unable to move some of my furniture so now I have to make alternative arrangements for moving the rest of my furniture. :(
