First, the equipment wasn't where it was supposed to be so we had to drive 20 miles away to a new spot. Second, there was no gas in the car. The equipment should have a rearview camera like they do at Hertz. The lady at the drop off location was having a bad day. The experience overall wasn't what it should have been.
