Uhaul was great when I needed to call customer service, but this location has not been trained and had no idea how to even rent me the truck. Use Uhaul, do NOT use this location, the clerk basically told me she could not help me and had no idea what to do, I had the entire reservation done, paid a deposit and she said too bad. I called uhaul directly and she was WONDERFUL and took care of me.
