Although I checked in online it took 40 minutes to obtain the keys. After finally getting the keys and starting up the truck I see a maintenance alert that air is needed in tire, resolving this took additional 20 minutes. I was not able to pick up on time, the truck was not properly maintained at pickup, resulting in a very frustrating experience. I hired movers, these significant delays resulted in my paying for moving time when nothing was able to be moved!
