U-hauls website said that the truck came with a dolly or hand truck and there was neither on the truck.

George BWe were late to pick up because I split above my lip taking our bed apart, I called saying I was going to be late, and appreciate the allowance. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the truck because there was a huge splatter of something brown on the right wall near the door. My boyfriend has contamination OCD (germaphobe). He immediately refused to use and so I brought the keys back in and we left. I didn’t see the email about taking a picture until we were already gone. Improvement for next time…. Maybe clean the inside of the back of your trucks.
