The process was very smooth and the location very clean and easy. My only complaint is that the truck did not have a full gas tank when I picked it up. I filled it up before returning it, so that ended up costing me $70 in gas for an 80 mile trip, because it was only about 3/4 full when I picked it up. I did mention this to the girl who took the keys when I dropped it off and she said she’d tell them, but nothing would probably be done about it. A $35 refund would have left me feeling much better about the experience overall.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe store salesman wasn't friendly
Denita KThe dimension diagram online was misleading because it led me to believe the cargo space was completely flat and open. When in reality there was protrusions from the floor boxing out around the wheel wells and gas tank. I could not fit what I was intending because the wheel well dimension was not shown on the website.
Trevor LNothing, it was all good and very easy.
SEAN CWith no obvious key drop and the vehicle wasn’t checked in properly when I got there
