Customer Service, I was not addressed properly and was accused of stealing a giant U-haul, The guy who called me Sept 1st stated " Dont act like you don't know what I'm talking about" :( . Had the employees introduced themselves properly and been on their job, I wouldn't have had to give a 1 star review, it would have been a negative zero, but the option wasn't available. I was called, asked by 1st and last name, not stating This is -- from U-haul. and Only after I stated I had pictures and a video of dropping the key in the lock box, the truck Miraculously appeared, although the facility had been open since 9am, I received a call at almost 12 noon. I sent an email to corporate. The employees that called me Sept 1st at 11:55am and 11:58am need customer service training. Dr.

DARRYL NThe entire Truck “MUST” be cleaned from food & trash before renting it to a new Renter. Prior to accepting the Truck someone must have left some food in the “Cab”. The Manager had to come and spray the entire Truck with “RAID”! The Cab, Hood & the entire seating area above and underneath the seat. As we were traveling “DEAD ANTS” were dropping from under the “Dashboard”. I should not have accepted this Truck, but we were pressed for time. In addition, while driving through a rain storm the Truck was linking water inside the storage trailer!! I informed the Manager at the drop off location at Storage City of MS, D’Iberville, MS, 39540
