I highly recommend doing business with the UHaul dealership located at 1020 Neil Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Stay away from the UHaul dealership on Red Wolf Drive. I was treated as if I was important by the lady at the UHaul on Neil Drive. I had been to the Red Wolf UHaul twice before and waited 30 to 45 minutes each time and no one even acknowledged me even being in the building. I walked out both times. Very poor customer service.
