The truck reeked of cigarettes and there was a pile of them at the door handle… back of truck had to be cleaned out before we could even put anything.. very disappointing…

I was charged almost $200 more than my actual total and was told that they know about it and ill get reimbursed. I havent been reimbursed and this is highly unprofessional for uhaul to charge me so my money that was meant for other bills. I will never use uhaul again.
Destine MThe U-Haul smelled bad like someone pissed inside the truck the guy was late and then he tried to overcharge me for mileage and told me that I couldn’t do a one way drop off or it would cost more which I don’t know if that is true or not. Sketchy experience at best and the truck smelled like homeless people sleep in it and they dont clean it
