Sindy MI selected the option to use the App to pick up my vehicle. This was not actually an option. The truck was locked and I had to go into the store. The employee did not know how to check me out and she kept stopping to check-out the convenience store customers. After about 45 minutes someone else finally came in and was able to get me checked out and give me the keys. I was over an hour late meeting my moving team. The tank was empty so I had to fill it up before I could get on the road - conveniently this location is a gas station/convenience store. My $19.97 rental was over $120 with mileage and gas!
