I selected pickup at one location and drop off at another, it prompted me with options one being a van so I chose it. And after renting it and dropping it off, I get a call from a police officer saying it had been stolen. After dealing with that you send me a bill for 350 dollars after using it for 33 miles and an hour and 10 minutes.

Used my app and it did not recognize my location. Had to call 800 number and had to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone. Than took another hour to get my code to pick up truck. Office was closed for the holiday. I had to pay an extra 2 hours for my UHaul helper because of this.
