The tow dolly is disappointing as it does not allow you to reverse the trailered vehicle into a spot. It’s more of a pick up n pull set up. Also, the ratchet mechanism was old and hard to use due to a lack of lube. Regardless, it was secure and easy to use and staff was friendly, quick, and helpful

CHRISTOPHER RI’ve been to hundreds of uhual locations and this is the only one that doesn’t give you a discount when returning the gas with more than you received which is a sad shame. I will never rent from this location again. The customer service was great.
