Not change my time and location of pick up! When reservations are made for a date and time the customer has a reason they choose such date and time. Changing my pick up location to 30 miles away from my choice and the time by 2 hours is unacceptable! I needed the time and location I picked when I made the reservation. Should be some sort of discount or offer when you don’t keep the reservation as scheduled. Do better!

My recommendation The U-Haul aspect of the business, should be separate from the Ace business as if the store is busy , you have to wait on a store attendant to assist with the rental. My experience was a bit long. Otherwise great.
