They were nice, helpful and truly knows what good customer service is. I am new to this part of Kansas and will only rent from this location after the interactions I had with each gentleman. I have been a long time customer of U-Haul and this is one of the best rental experiences I have had.
ALLISON ACldnt get a U-haul account set up to ck in. The website kept saying: There is an error on our end (UHauls) Please try back in a few minutes. I tried 4 different times and then just gave up. Didnt really need the site for the one day local move. I have since chatted with others that have had the same issue...Thanks
