There is absolutely nothing wrong with the location or staff, but U-Haul needs to really rethink their pricing.

brian mNot change my time and location of pick up! When reservations are made for a date and time the customer has a reason they choose such date and time. Changing my pick up location to 30 miles away from my choice and the time by 2 hours is unacceptable! I needed the time and location I picked when I made the reservation. Should be some sort of discount or offer when you don’t keep the reservation as scheduled. Do better!
