Picking up the truck at 6am it was pitch black outside the building no parking lot or street lights were on. This made the pick up process very difficult locating the correct truck and trying to submit pictures of it from far enough away the flash on the phone camera would not cut it. The lock for the back of the truck was bent and broken could not close it. So anyone could open up the back of the truck while it was parked.
