I think Burt, who was at the desk was really nice and helpful and was a pleasant experience. The only problem is that, it is a bit challenging to take the pictures of the uhaul from all the areas as it is often parked in a area that makes it difficult. You have to drive it to a place when you can take pictures form all sides.

Denice VI waited in the office for almost 45 minutes because the employee was having computer issues. I wasn't able to log in to the text sent to show you how dirty the van was because your system was having issues. Keep in mind, I was moving two mattresses. The vehicle was so dirty. Upon returning, instead of the employee printing up a bill, he charged me extra; my credit card was charged. I tried to call this morning, and it just rang. I am not confident the employee can explain to me why the charges below don't add up to what the contract says. Kim LI made eye contact with the woman inside the facility as I pulled in. By the time I parked and walked up to the door, she disappeared and didn't return for the duration of my stay. I knew I was arriving during open hours - but glad my phone was charged so I could complete the online check-in and didn't need her assistance.

DONALD CWhen I got into the U-Haul there was a low fuel warning. 22 miles to empty. I requested moving pads and a furniture dolly and neither were in the truck. It was fine as I didn’t need them, but it seemed the truck should’ve been fueled and the equipment that I requested should’ve been in there.
Travis Knightmare fuel. Uhaul not this location specially is godawful 2 hours to pick up a mobile pick up after verification and a million delays they sent me the code for wrong truck and charged me had to go to a 3rd location (here) to finally get a truck in person. still double charged and the new app is nearly impossible to operate
MITCHEL CI drove the truck a total of 24 miles and stopped at the gas station and filled with 3.5 gallons and they still charged me an additional $50 for fuel. 24 miles cost me $65 in fuel, what a joke.

THOMAS AAll defects on truck not identified with stickers, dash warning lights on for air pressure and collision... Attendant waited over an hour to check in vehicle triggering an extra day of charges - had to catch this mistake myself later in the day after getting a receipt emailed and spent time getting at $21 refund, which was also poorly handled and under-refunded as well. Also mileage game $1.39 vs $1.19 for different rental periods - this manipulation strategy by uhaul is not appreciated either.
RICHARD HJumped through hoops when making a simple rental.originally vehicle and location was changed to a location that doesn’t even do rental any longer. Then switched back to original booking and not given the vehicle that was originally booked . Tire light on , dirt in back of the box so only could use front part to avoid my items from getting dirty. When arriving app to get keys wasn’t working. Thank goodness man arrived prior to opening and assisted us . Simple rental turned into a nightmare. Thank goodness I confirmed rental 2 days prior. Otherwise a total disaster this would have been. Rented from Jupiter location in the past no issues. This time was horrible.

Jennifer WWhen I went to pick up the truck at the scheduled time(1/8/26) at 10 am, no one was at the desk even though door was open. I waited for 10 minutes, walked outside and the back area but could not see anyone. I waited some more, then walked over to storage office that is part of the business...still no one was there. I went back in office, no one there. I called Uhaul.com and they were going to see if they could find someone to help me. They asked me to walk outside, which I did and let them know no one was around. Finally, a woman arrived with a cleaning cart. She was not nice and did not seem to care that she was late and did not leave a note. I recorded the encounter. She even forgot to give me the key. She told me "it's over ". I found the tuck and left. I was now running late for the movers and getting on the road. ANOTHER problem was the when I pushed on the brakes the truck starting shaking. It was too late to get another vehicle so I had to be extra careful on the trip. Not a great experience.

ROBERT PFront desk man was amazing! Unfortunately I was overcharged and charged on two separate days which is incorrect. I called back to speak with a woman and she said allow a few days for the refund to process.. it's been 6 weeks and still to refund and charged on two separate days.

DAVID JFraud. Absolute fraud. Should be ashamed, location will do anything to make a fraudualnt $10-$15. They purposely park trucks to cause accidents, they charge for fuel that customers paid for, they just flat out LIE, worst experience of my life
