We were playing phonetag for almost an hour just to get a code to the lockbox. We called uhaul support and they said they were going to “dispatch it unconventionally” which meant redo the whole reservation process over the phone.

Dawn KThe location was not manned by anyone, only remote engagement. Very difficult and frustrating navigating the pick up. The csr that booked the U-Haul didn’t explain the process.
