The U-Haul website was down so we waited in the store for 45 min for someone to call the store clerk. We were allowed to take the truck when the clerk talked to a U-Haul person on the phone but it ate 45 min off our rental time: we had to really hurry to get it back on time. Then we were charged for going 50 miles when we only went 20.
