I went after hours to drop off the truck so the business was closed. Outside was very cluttered, and it was hard to tell what to do and where to go or how to get back there. The key drop box was very visible, and stuck out because it was orange and on the side of the building.

Mao HFuel cap was open and the fuel level of the truck was not as stated on the document that I never saw before I returned the truck. I took a picture of the dash before I left showing the fuel level as almost EMPTY and the Fuel Low light on! So I was charged over $30 for fuel that was missing. Also, it took almost an hour to open the lock box to get the key. The lock was jammed and would not open. And that location was my third for the day. My previous experience with U-Haul rentals was MUCH better than this one!
