They did not have the blankets I requested. They did not verify the lights work after hooking to my vehicle - the lights did work but I wanted them to stand behind the trailer and verify like I have had other locations do in the past. Very impersonal.

EVERETT JStaff not the friendliest. I waited in line for 15 minutes, starting at 5:20, with a return time of 6pm. Once I got to the counter and told the clerk I needed to return the truck, all he said was, “Are you good with an email?” I noticed the return time was 6:13. That is wrong. He didn’t offer to confirm mileage with me.
