I had a 4 o'clock appointment to pick up the truck and I had to wait at the service desk for 15 minutes for somebody to help me.
CIENNA SThis reservation was originally to be picked up at Anders Automotive however they forgot to put the keys in the box for mobile pick up so the location changed to Strasser Hardware. They were supposed to be open at the time of our truck pick up however there was a handwritten note taped to the door stating they had closed early. Luckily we have used the mobile app before, however there was a gentleman there to pick up his truck rental who wasn't familiar with the app or process and was completely overwhelmed and needed the assistance of an actual person for his transaction. If the website has hours of operation when open clearly stated then that's when the location should be open...period.
KARLA DReturn process on the app (IOS 18.4) was glitchy when it came to taking photos, and there was no way to leave and return to the process
