Customer service was terrible, they had a system I never agreed to, I was sent to this location for a 2 bed apt truck and I got to the location at 7am which was my pick up time and nobody was there, I called customer service she helped me out but was very rude, it was already cold and I was waiting for the process and the lady was still very rude not understanding where I’m Coming from, I asked for a dolly and the dolly wasn’t in the truck I was told I will be reimbursed, still haven’t yet, I returned the truck and even the guy there waiting was rude, for who knows what, never met him a day in my life, the truck drove good.

I really can’t think of anything at the moment. I’ve been to this location two or three times and it’s always been positive. Maybe a clown making balloon animals in the parking lot I don’t know. I love U-Haul though thank you.
