Best location I’ve ever rented from. The two gentleman were kind, attentive and EXTREMELY efficient. Definitely will rent from here moving forward.
Matthew SIt was a little confusing, as the drop off lot was not directly adjacent to the business. Finding the drop box for the key took some brain power.
HEATHER JVery nice people. Getting my rental truck was easy. We were signed up for helping UHaul move a trailer. However, UHaul did not set these people up for success. Their computer did not work and the paperwork was complicated. They also did not have the manpower to hook up the trailer. UHaul should have made sure it was a smooth process and definitely should have had a jack for the hitch of the trailer. It was too heavy for anyone there. After an hour+ we finally said that we could not take the trailer. This was UHaul's fault, not this team.
