Uhaul changed my pickup location the day before my pickup from Blue Springs to Independence, MO. When I went to pickup at Independence they told me they didn’t have a 15’ truck for me which is what i reserved. They then found a 10’ truck (not what I reserved) and the new third-party location was all the way downtown and in very poor condition and in a rough area. The man working at this pickup was extremely nice though which i really appreciated after the troubles at the Independence U-Haul. The entire pickup experience was absolutely horrible.
ERIC BI had no problem with B&C, however I had a huge problem with UHAUL and the location in Olathe where I had my first reservation. UHAUL: I went on your website and reserved an auto transport trailer. According to your site my truck was given the ok to tow the car and trailer. However when I showed up at the Olathe location they stated my truck was not big enough because their trailer was 7.5 and I could only use a 7.0. I was forced to drive a total of 70 miles out of my way to pick up and return the approved trailer. I should have been told that in advance. Olathe Location: When I asked them to call B&C to confirm they had the correct trailer he said, you'll have to call.
TIMOTHY MMy only complaint was that there was not a dolly and the blankets to lay down in the truck.
