Originally reserved in Lee's Summit MO as it was close to home, for pick up and drop off. was sent to Blue Ridge as soon as I arrived in parking lot for pick up. New location was difficult to pickup, building was locked when I arrived, no one was even there, I had to speak to the ring doorbell to contact the person at the location. Once in contact the individual seemed to not want to be there or help. I was told I would have to wait 2 hrs until they retuned before I could pick up, even though I had a reservation. Drop off was difficult and not easy since it was "in-town" and after hours the location was gated and no place to drop off that was safe. System would not let me drop off at another location. charges were crazy expensive, I was not expecting it to be that much. Probably will not use services again, and defiantly will avoid this location if I have to.

The employees was rude and like to curse out the customers and I did not like that what so ever on Monday I will be calling corporate to report them and will never go through U-Haul again because this place
