Very unorganized. Low tire pressure light stayed on. The owner tried to say the truck was not available, I had to explain to him where it was. He was busy negotiating something on the phone before acknowledging me so i could get the key. Very unpleasant experience.

Paul SI did not like that I had to pay an extra 23.00 for 3 extra hours. Also, there were no parking spots when I returned the rental truck at the location.
