I had a bad experience with the representatives in Katy Grand Parkway, so I give a chance again and I am very grateful that I did. Please let the representatives know that I did not had the chance to thank her, and please retrain the personnel at Katy Grand Parkway North, specifically the weekend personnel, they are very rude and disrespectful.
