The manager literally told me they prioritized their storage facility over uhaul. Made me wait for a long time to attend to me. He literally said he was too busy to process my return and will get to it when he can. Next time, I will only go to a full uhaul location.

The employees wouldn’t let me finish speaking and was quick to get me out of there. They set me up for a round trip when I asked for a one way trip. It took the location that I thought I could drop it off to that explained everything. When I got there and explained the situation there was no effort to try to fix that I got charged double the mileage for the mess up on their part.
