I booked my U haul online with out safe drive option but they charged me 30$ on final invoice , when called Customer service they said some one will call but no one did . U haul is just trying to charge extra irrespective of what you book online.
Milind BI had a short trip, taking three loads from my old home to my new home in Katy. I drove 29 miles. When I filled up the tank, it took 27.3 gallons at $69.00. Whoever rented before me didn't fill the tank. I want a reimbursement, please. When I returned the truck, no one was at the office.
MICHAEL HThe truck smelled awful. There were crumbs of chips in the front. I paid for a dolly and I was not made aware that it wasnt available until i picked up the truck. It made it difficult to move things.
