I did NOT like having a real person there on site to pick up and return. NO Customer ! You should pay me for having to do my own service. No reflection on this site, or anyone there, But doing this all on my phone was NOT a good experience. Some of us still the like the old fashion customer service.
James M.This lady seem not to care at all. I did not know the procedures. Therefore I gave her my ticket. She said I do not need that. What is your name and I said do I receive a receipt no we do not issue receipts at all. I felt very uncomfortable about leaving the u haul because one of her attitude two I didn't know that was the policy we're dropping off this truck that's apparently valuable that I'm responsible for and just leaving it behind without anything proving that I did.
Gwendolyn L.Extremely expensive! Also, the truck is so loud that if someone were to honk at you, you would not hear them. On top of that, some of the lever gages don't even work. Fo the amount of money that you all charge, the truck should be equipped with sensors and a GPS system. Never renting u-haul again.
