The gentleman who helped us was wonderful. Our reservation drop off was incorrect in the system and he look time to fix it. He was very professional as well.

CHRISTOPHER CMove the lock box, and explain the late night return process. There were no directions given at pickup so I assumed it was like the other location with a box on the front of the building. After calling the 24/7 customer service, they told me the lock box is on a light pole. There are 5-6 different ones in the lot. It’s dark, and not accessible. I hope my pickups don’t get moved to this location again. Worst experience I’ve had renting with U-Haul and we use them often.
