First I live in a more rural town, I booked a close location to rent from and drop the truck off at, I got a phone call from the rep that these locations close to me have one available and I’d have to go 30 miles out of my way to get a truck I ordered. I drive by the close location everyday, I needed a truck for only Saturday they had 3-4 trucks on their property all last week all weekend and even today Monday. The last I spoke with last week supposedly looked at closer locations but there was none available, she wasn’t very pleasant to speak with I was frustrated knowing I pass by trucks at a close location twice a day but she refused and said nope I can’t use one, they are reserved, or someone just dropped off there from out of town. It was ridiculous to pay for double mile to pick one up farther away then seriously necessary!!! I called back multiple times to check and nothing could be done apparently! Then finally go to get the Uhaul truck Saturday morning and the location I picked up from asked me all the information I already filled out even for my id which I already uploaded pics of, that took forever to get through, then the staff couldn’t find the key, THEN once they found the key and tried to start the Uhaul it was dead we had to wait another 30 plus minutes for them to jump the battery, the whole process took forever and just wasn’t a positive experience at any point!

KRISTIN KI requested the box truck have a ramp for loading a 500 pound wheelchair. Arrived at destination to find our truck had no ramp. Had to hire help to load the chair. Then the discount they returned to me was unreturned to pay for extra charges. I'll never use them again
