Exceptional help and cared that my trip was good. Helped unload my vehicle from the toy hauler. Called to make sure I was doing ok. Very welcoming and super flexible on time and willingness to make sure I got checked in quick and easy. Did check in for me. Noted the smoke smell and was going to change wiper off of my equipment overview to him. I would recommend this location and owner to family friends and anyone. Marty was outstanding.

James HMarty at U-Haul in Kellogg was amazing. U-Haul as a company was disappointing. Changed our reservation to a city 40 miles away the day before our rental to move our son to a new city. When I called the agent told me that the reservation was not a guarantee and that I would see that in the fine print. Fortunately after that I called the new location directly and Marty helped work out a solution. If you can’t guarantee a vehicle then it’s really not a reservation.
