M&M Auctions was great. However, the service I received from UHaul corporate was disappointing. This location was almost an hour away from where I asked to pick up the trailer. I would have been fine with a different location in Rochester, but this was over 40 miles away (one way). When I asked if there was a closer trailer, there was, but they were going to charge me double for the next size up. The lack of willingness to be flexible or to try and meet me halfway was VERY disappointing.
