If you say you're open until 7 pm, stay open until 7 pm.. Don't shut down the computers before 7 pm. Other stores don't shut down earlier so that the staff leaves at 7 pm. They allow customers to enter the store until 7 pm. I returned a vehicle at 7 pm and was too late because even though you were supposed to be open, the staff had already shut everything down and were on their way out the door.

A little disappointed in arriving for a10:30 pick up and not getting away with the van for an hour. Maybe put more people on to deal with the volume

We were overcharged when we returned the van and the young person in charge just couldn't add 2+2=4. We finally had to go and hope to get it straightened out Monday. This was on Friday we had rented the van for about 6 hours.

No staff, out of stock on common trailer wiring adapter, slow, poor explanations, hooked up the trailer then had to unhook it and drive to a different store to purchase a 7pin to 4 pin connector then drive back just to wait for the trailer I've already paid for to be hooked up again. Wasted an hour out of my only day to get everything done. When I dropped off the trailer there was no one to be found in the office for 15 mins while 4 of us are in line wondering what is going on. I've had better service at gas station uhaul providers. Pretty sad for a dedicated uhaul location.

Please fill up your vehicles to Full - startinga trip with a non-full vehicle is BS and also the indicated fuel level did not match actual. Also I wish they had pointed out the tow/haul button!

There were a lot of people waiting in line to rent a vehicle, and not enough staff to quickly and efficiently take care of all the customers. Perhaps having a few more staff would be better. Streamlining the rental process would help a great deal so people aren't waiting an hour or more for help. The staff that helped us were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

I replied to an email day before stating if you fill all the required information out the truck would be ready upon arrival. This of course did not happen. Then your systems weren't working and I had to run to bank to pay cash. I also booked a storage through Uhaul to drop in Calgary and that location wasn't even open yet. Trying to deal with your people there again was a joke. Spent $688.98 on gas in your fuel efficient trucks. All in all I would never recommend Uhaul to any of my associates

Being in Canada it would have been nice if the main numbers on the speedometer would have been in kilometers as opposed to miles. Also the odometer in miles threw a us a loop for judging travel distance.

The front desk staff was quite unprofessional. One employee specifically was very lackadaisical and actually shot a rubber band at a fellow employee while helping me rent a truck. Also, they misplaced a key for a pick up truck which made them short one truck so I had to come back about 3 hours later than I wanted to rent a truck. Basic knowledge of how to navigate the software to rent vehicles was lacking. Proper training should probably be implemented. Luckily the vehicle cleaner guy outside was very helpful and was able to settle up my bill quickly so I didn’t have to wait for the seemingly inexperienced staff at the desk.

I rented and when we went o confirm the gas level, the gauge was lower than on the invoice - the employee told me they would correct on their end, and when I retuned the van and they emailed me my invoice, they had charged me $21 more in fuel. I called the store who then sent me to customer service where I was on hold for a total of 20mins while they "adjusted" the amount. My CC still does not reflect the change, nor has the store resent my new invoice. The 1st invoice didn't even have GST and PST listed on it. 3 days since and I'm still waiting. I call ed the store a 2nd time today and no one has called me back yet - that was 3 hours ago.
