They should open the back when giving you a uhaul. I had 4 bags of blankets which I did not request. They took up a lot of needed space.

Today was just a giant fail!...Sept 26/20. (Sat). I do like this location overall and for so many yrs now so far, please know! Today though... I booked a truck clearly 3 weeks ago for today clearly and there was some mistake in place or some reroute but was not told of any reroute and was on the phone with Uhaul central reservations for so long and that put our whole day on delay/hold. Our customer was panicking big time too. Was stressful to max. What I did not like so very much was the new manager just not showing any compassion or care and that he did not take the reigns even though I had central reservations on the line when I addressed this this to him NICELY! They said a 26 foot was available there at 8 am and was brushed off on it by the manager there. Will not use names sorry but he knows of this and am only honest always. I rent lots there, a ton, and this is the THANKS I got today! My associate thought very same thing! So I had to review today please know! Off Google. I hate/super dislike reviewing to the bad please know! Not my thing/style! Sept 26/20.
Fix your terrible website. Everything was fine but the website was horrible and delayed me on both pickup and drop-off
Make sure the equipment is working and properly eg trailer lights. truck was working ok. Make sure the truck is cleaned for covid19. Garbage was left in the back of truck.
Staff didn't seem overly friendly, just getting a job done. I was not given a receipt for some boxes I had purchased therefore could not return them when they weren't used which I didn't realize at the time. I think if you're going to have a great policy like this everyone should be aware of the stipulations and be given proper documentation to be able to take advantage of it.
Outside cleanliness includes things like mirrors which should be cleaned before every rental. The interior was good,
Attendant was not trained to connect transporters , had to climb out of the window because he did not know th driver site of the trail had a hinged down fender ( discovered myself along the way! Did not clean the track so the tire strap was lined up with the center of the tire? It became undone but checked the strap after 2 hours and discovered it had slipped of the tire? Could have been dangerous?
Drop off location should be at the customer 's convenience , should not be charged .
Fast efficient, explained everything, truck ran like a dream in on quote, would use again in a minute!

I returned my U-haul around 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and there was a long line of customers waiting to be served and only one staff on duty. Then around 4:30 pm three more staff showed up. Where had they all been? Were they all on a coffee break at the same time?Not very good.
the van was not clean inside, but I didn't note it on pickup. The outside had clearly not been washed since a long roadtrip with lots of bugs, There were several areas that I thought might be scuffs, but they were just dirt so it was difficult to evaluate the condition of the vehicle. The windshield was very dirty too.
The wiring harness on this trailer was poorly connected, so I had to get out of my vehicle and fiddle with it every time I stopped. I could never tell while driving if I had trailer lights or not because they worked sporadically. Uhaul should not be charging people for extra insurance when the equipment is not even up to standard.
I loved the fact that when we arrived, the sales person who has helped us before, immediately asked about our dog Sophie. I thought "wow!!" - incredibly pleasant and helpful!!
I appreciate the ease in the after hours return and the option to discuss charges and leniency with a few hours over.
The building is lacking security, anyone can gain access to the storage unit area. The customer washrooms are not being maintained they are dirty and no toilet paper , my.wife had to clean urine off the toilet seat even to use it . U Haul can do a lot better ! No customer garbage cans so customers are throwing garbage everywhere!!!

Truck was dirty it was closing time when I took it, no big deal, they offered to clean it but I didn't want to keep them. I was however not happy about having to give information about a friend or family member... because of people stealing your vehicles, I suspect. It's about privacy and me giving out information on family or friends, phone number and name - did not make me happy. I had to use my sister who has stage 4 cancer and has better things to do then verify me. And besides, you're worried about criminals, if I'm a criminal pretty good chance my family and friends are also. I don't think I will rent from you again because I had to give out information that wasn't mine. I would encourage you to revisit that requirement. Other than that - yeah good service
