I was renting a small flat deck trailer. When I went to hook up the trailer it was parked behind another trailer. The customer service representative helping me seem unsure on what to do to get access to my rented trailer. I took the lead and hooked up the trailer that was blocking my trailer, pulled it out, pulled my trailer out and re-parked the other trailer back in the space. It was a minor inconvenience but clearly better planning and training would ensure a better and more timely experience for me. I have rented machines and tools from other local rental places and this would never happen, as they would ensure my rental was accessible and ready to go for me without me initiating moving things around. Otherwise the trailer worked great and I completed everything I needed it for and the price was fair.

your sales person needs some training in customer service. I gave him my drop off sheet he turned and left the building with out a word. I feel he should have told me he was going to check the unit. instead of just turning and walking out

The windshield washer fluid in the vehicle was not for winter conditions and froze while I was traveling. This was extremely unsafe.

very good service. everything was ready to go and on time the trailer was dirty but it is winter time

It gets busy on weekends. Having a third person on the morning, to take customers to the vehicle, would allow the two inside staff to continue to process paperwork for all the clients in line.

the van looked like it came off of the Coq. A runner and a broken kids scooter was in the back, so obviously was not cleaned. they need more front end staff. wait times are ridiculous for picking up as well as dropping off.

Make older customers aware of how to use automated vehicle check. It was not mentioned to me, and was suprised when opened email after leaving centre. Service agent did however walk around it with me. But did not mention i had to do it through email. We are technology challenged so need it explained at times ??

Dolly was missing after driving all the way to my house to unload 13 miles away. He was nice enough to reset my miles so I didn’t have to pay for 13 miles, but refused to do anything extra, like give the dolly for free... which is only worth 7$... I asked him and he said no way, like my time is worth nothing. Was a very big inconvenience

Providing unsafe equipment is not acceptable and you should refund my rental or offer a significant discount on my next rental. I did not appreciate having to drive through the mountains in winter conditions with bald tires.

The staff of poor communication skills. They are exceptionally slow. They were rude. They did not seem to have even a basic level of training. Will never go to this location again.

Why do you have to use a iPhone to take a photo of the licence? It seems very ‘unsafe’ in this day of technology. Found it pretty weird and thought the CS rep was using his personal phone. Maybe even put a marking on the phone so I know as a customer it’s a work phone only. Overall good experience. Upon drop off, the rep saw us and just walked away. Had to go inside to get help even though the sign outside said to wait. I was outside the car, to be fair.
