Lower costs. Check tires before pick up. As my truck had a flat inside rear tire.

Rachel was fabulous!! Back of truck not swept out (no problem for our use, but didn’t want to be charged for it) and they put a mile on from bringing it around from the back??

Had to add air to the trailer tire as it was low when I picked it up.

Thank you Jim for helping me out when I felt nervous and uptight about driving the truck. You went the extra mile and I appreciate that!

The two gentlemen at the drop off were very understanding about the fuel situation and agreed not to charge me about not bringing the truck back at the fuel level I took it.

This trailer had a leaky tire, it wasn't noticeable until i put a load on it, trying to get it repaired was a bit of a nightmare, nobody had time to fix it right away and i had to be in Red dear that evening, so the tire company told me to make stops and fill it along the way, it was a little inconvenient trying to find stations with air and had to pay for it as well. The trailer had all new tires except the leaky one which was old and worn out. I let the staff know at the drop off location to make sure they fix the issue before renting it out again.

Your staff was amazing, so helpful and attentive.

Looked understaffed but the staff were very friendly and once I was getting help was good and quick.

The trailer does not have rear tie down straps. only a safety chain. no one explained this as i picked up the trailer. The car received minor damage to the door as it moved into the aluminum fender while transporting. Rear tie downs should be required and part of the trailer.

We have rented two 8x5 trailers and a 15ft moving truck. And a whole bunch of boxes. The only thing that went wrong was our last 8x5 trailer had it almost half full when it started to leak, It was just a pain to unload the trailer and take it back. But other than that it was a good experience, They did a good job.

I rented a flat deck trailer to haul a vehicle. The ratchets were so rusty they could hardly turn so I had to oil them to make them work properly. Other than that no issues.

Train staff better on the online check in system. I still had to wait 20 min to get the keys and go.

Manager was so nice and very dedicated. She lost her voice yet still was there and super friendly and cheerful. The guy who helped me load up the cargo trailer was the same. A guy who just moved back from Grand Prairie up north. This is the second time i've used this location and there is a great friendly team there.

I never actually went inside which was nice - streamlined drop off process. That said, I had furniture damage that the onsite team was clearly not empowered to support me with submitting a claim for damages. I have been redirected to the website and have not had a follow-up from submitting the initial damage complaint. I did opt-in for the insurance where water damage is legally covered.

Was sent to one location at specific time. Got there. Truck wasnt there. Had to go to another location where truck was. Didnt have my truck. Another one came in. Was smaller and dirty so had to wait. Wasted an hour doing these things. They started my time out when I got to location. Dont understand why time dosent start when you actually get the truck. Took the truck back early. Could not get thru the next day at all on the phone to see what my final costs would be. All in all , process could have been more smooth and better communication.
