Paul WWithout hesitation I will continue to recommend Mt. Konocti Truck & Auto Repair. Mike has a well-deserved reputation for good customer service. I first met him when I first moved to the county seven years ago and needed assistance with a U-Haul truck and appliance dolly. More recently, I've rented a m/c trailer on several occasions, and Mike, Josie, and Kyle always step up like good neighbors at pickup and drop-off. They are far better at setting up and managing a reservation than U-Haul's poorly designed website and useless text messages. They prove again that people matter more than portals for great user experiences.
