Drop off location was very unprofessional, no help to unload trailer, man was asking for trailer plug which was mine. To make this story short never again will I or recommend anyone to deal with this drop off location in Kempville Ontario.

The only comment I have is it would have been nice if the equipment I rented was at a location near me. I am in the Smiths Falls area and rented a car trailer but had to drive a long way to pick it up. This is just a comment and not a complaint as everything went well and the staff at both locations I went to where helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks, Bob.
