There was no gate code information. we called and we were left outside of the gate with no help. nobody answered our calls. There was no helpful info in the checkout process and we had to leave the truck in the driveway outside of the gate. very poor experience

Kearra MMy experience was horrible I received a U-Haul that was in horrible condition, when I picked up the truck was shaking and wasn’t able to be driven. they had me drive to another location to get a new truck, Which made me miss my time slot with my moving company I paid for 4 hours, they could only move me for an hour and 30 minutes because they had another family to move, so I had to load my stuff myself from the third floor on the truck which was had because I didn’t have any help.
