My account kept getting flagged that kept me from proceeding in my pickup process. It was really annoying having that happen and nobody was at the location to talk to. I ended up calling the help line and the lady I spoke with said the flag was removed. Just for the app to still not let me proceed saying that I needed to call for assistance. Ugh, it was annoying. All of this while being stuck in the cold today mind you. Most likely will never use this location again
