The issue that I had is that U-Haul has several things they want you to do before you get into the truck, and most of them could have been done from the convenience of your home, rather than standing outside in the elements. They wanted a picture of my driver's license. Could have easily done that at home rather than standing outside in the freezing windy day. They wanted an alternate contact, or to verify my employment or see a passport or one other option I can't remember. That's ridiculous, you should have asked me that well ahead of time! A few other steps in the check-in process were like that.
