Janet LVery good customer service. Renting was easy and guick. Location was perfect.
JAY HAfter loading up the vox truck and starting my drive the rear passenger tire blew out on me. I was on a small country road with no shoulder. So I struggled to drive for about a mile until I got to a parking lot that I could pull into. When I got out to check the tire I discovered that I was driving on the rim. After waiting for 90 minutes to get the tired replaced, I completed my trip. When I mentioned my problem to the clerk at the location he sympathized and offered my a credit on my charge of $129.00. Later I discovered that he gave me a whole $10.00 credit. If I use a Uhaul in the future then I will choose a location that does a better job of maintaining their trucks.
