Staff were very helpful and able to get us what we needed quickly and get us on our way. They also made returning the truck very simple with after hours return though the app.

The truck had no wiper fluid in the reservoir. I had to fill it after I got across the Pass. The drivers side wiper did not work at clearing the window. The box of the truck leaked water all over my belongings! I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID A SUPERVISOR WOULD CONTACT ME. That WAS 2 WEEKS AGO! I contacted the facility that I got the truck from, and Jose was no help either! I would never rent a truck from U-Haul. Use Budget, Penske or Enterprise instead.

Artemio C5x8 cargo trailer towing was really good. Clean and simple to use sliding door. Running lights (parking lights) stopped working once I started my 1300 mile trip. Drop off location was easy yo find and simple drop off procedures.
