We were told that we could come at 8am and do mobile pick-up. But when we started the mobile app, it said this was not available for our rental. So we had to wait outside the facility until 9am when they opened. This was not satisfactory.

That person running this location was not even in the office when I got there at 9:00 a.m. in the door was unlocked found out I was still upstairs asleep finally about 9:20 he came down when I called a main number and they called his boss when I took the truck back he just wanted me to hand him the keys and leave I said no I want it signed off I will never go back to this place not very professional

SUBIAH SI normally have always had a pleasant experience with you, huh, but this last time was absolutely horrific. From not being able to get a truck in the area I live in to having to have my friend drive 2 and 1/2 hours just to be able to move.
