The truck was filthy inside and back had debris in it. It also had Service TPMS flashing on the dash. It was not maintained properly and I will never rent from this location again. I saw the same truck out again the next day. So I assume it’s still not fixed.

The service was great. Process worked out smoothly. Location was perfect for our needs
TINA MI requested to use location 2001 N Steptoe st Kennewick WA, not location which I was forced to use. The location which I was forced to use will absolutely force me to use alternative moving companies. I will never use the location in which U-Haul transferred me to. Read my app up loads. Horrible customer service, I never received any follow up from U-Haul.

LEAH VWe were told that we could come at 8am and do mobile pick-up. But when we started the mobile app, it said this was not available for our rental. So we had to wait outside the facility until 9am when they opened. This was not satisfactory.
