Chris was amazing very informative and made the process smother than I would ever expect when renting a truck and storage unit. When your in a stressful moment like that you don't need extra stress and he made it a stress reliever rather than adding too. Chris was great! Easy to work with at the office and well prepared.
THOMAS GScheduling service for pick up was not good. Changed location creating an inconvenience. Drop off location change was ridiculous. Call # and rep was not helpful, at first suggesting I drive an hour out of the way for drop off. Then, would not guarantee the scheduled drop off would accept. Overall, bad customer service.
