Several reasons for the poor rating: 1. The app you are required to use didn’t work. 2. The dealer system being down along with the representative not fully trained caused me to have to wait an entire hour to check out. 3. Even though I told the representative to credit me for a bag of unused moving blankets I was still charged. I have been using U-Haul for decades and now that everything is automated without a backup system the customer service, like everywhere else that is too heavily dependent on technology, is horrible.

At the return location, the staff refused to disconnect the trailer from my car, claiming they were not a U-Haul station, even though they handle U-Haul equipment and display official U-Haul logos on their building. I had to disconnect it myself, even though I hadn’t hooked it up originally.

Andy KI rented a truck from 1-5 when i came back at 5 to return it the gate was closed and no one was there i tried calling them multiple times nobody answered I tried talking to the other people in the property but they said they cant do anything sonce its not there business. They have a very poor customer service do not recommend to anyone. I also paid for it and waited like an hour to give the truck back but no luck. And we had to pay fir a parking and park the truck in there for the night.
