Polite and efficient. Ask the customer how much estimated weight they will be moving and give them a rough estimate of expected miles per gallon. They estimated my miles perfectly based on the info I gave them. Suggestion: Being cautious, I overfilled by at least four gallons. Could have saved 10 to 15 dollars at least. Nothing more at this time. d
