I believe the customer service staff should be upfront about the costs involved in renting a truck. The sign on the truck states $19.95 plus mileage. I was charged for gas which was never stated in the charges. I returned the truck and they charged me $ 27.00 for gas at there price, if I had known that, I would have purchased gas myself before taking the truck back to the lot. These things should have been stated up front. This is why I gave this place a poor rating.

Janet LWhen I checked the truck out it stated it was on empty but the reader said I had 40 miles until empty. When I returned it the reader said I had 44 miles until empty and yet I was still charged 45 dollars for gas. It’s an older truck and I disputed the gas marker and showed him what the gas reader stated. He didn’t care. I will never rent from here again and would not recommend this site to anyone
