I have rented at this location before and they are great. Could not be a nicer group of people to work with.
TRACY OIt was not clean. But staff guy was awesome.
MAHILI MSeveral reasons for the poor rating: 1. The app you are required to use didn’t work. 2. The dealer system being down along with the representative not fully trained caused me to have to wait an entire hour to check out. 3. Even though I told the representative to credit me for a bag of unused moving blankets I was still charged. I have been using U-Haul for decades and now that everything is automated without a backup system the customer service, like everywhere else that is too heavily dependent on technology, is horrible.
JAMES SAt the return location, the staff refused to disconnect the trailer from my car, claiming they were not a U-Haul station, even though they handle U-Haul equipment and display official U-Haul logos on their building. I had to disconnect it myself, even though I hadn’t hooked it up originally.
