It was a very convenient location from where I need to pick up my furniture and drop it off. Quick and easy process
Yvette SThere was a person taking to his friend in a car outside the store. I had to blow the horn 2 times before they got aside. The lady checking me out was very rude and disrespectful.
Deep SIt was a faulty tire as the tire is slowly leaking. I think it makes the psi light came on on the dashboard. Other than that everything was good thank you I was happy. I might’ve bring back the truck too soon. I might be coming back to rent another truck soon, I still got more stuff to move. Thank you for service.
MARLON SSuperb customer service, and very convenient to use. The U-Haul desk is in the front of the McLendon store near the cash registers. Any of the cashiers can call someone up to help you at the desk. They go out of their way to make it as effortless as possible.
