I rented it at 1:40 pm and turned it in the next day at 9am was charged for two days. I did say I might have it back by 8pm and asked if they had a drop box truck did not have trash in it but was dirty on the inside like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time

Dan CThe truck that we rented had a cigarette butt in the back along with a couple things leftover from the previous customer. It also had not been swept. It seemed like no one had checked it before re-renting it. Although the lady inside was very nice, they did not have the equipment that I had reserved. I requested 2 hand dollies, 3 dozen moving blankets, and a furniture dolly. They only had the furniture dolly. It was not in the truck. I had to go back to ask for it. It just didn't seem like the truck and supplies were prepared for us.
Michelle HI did order a hand truck which was not available. Otherwise everything else was very fast, the staff were friendly.
