Kevin CDon’t change the pick up location 12 hours before start of reservations. We’re not idiots. We pick the location pick up for a reason. Changing the location to put long haulers in shitty equipment with 150 k miles, not to mention, non road worthy trucks - my pick location was change to get me in a crappy truck. I am charging back 25% of my bill tomorrow.
