We had originally planned to return our truck to a different location, but when we arrived—well before their listed closing time of 6 PM—no one was there. The area didn’t feel secure enough to leave the truck and tow dolly through the mobile/online return option. After already leaving once, we decided to circle back to this location, as it felt like the most secure and reliable drop-off spot. I wish I remembered the name of the young man (the cashier at the gas station) who helped us, because he was truly a blessing. He kindly accepted the return without any hassle and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We were so grateful for his patience and understanding, especially after the confusion and uncertainty at the other location.
